I was born and raised in L.A. and moved to Flagstaff in 1984. I have been a proud innkeeper since 1997 and I am currently a state B&B inspector for the Arizona Association of Bed & Breakfast Inns, member of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International and past president and member of the Distinctive B&B's of Northern Arizona. I love this little town of Flagstaff and I know it well.

You can feel it in the air, the change of the seasons which brings out the warm coats, hats and gloves. This is the time to bundle up and sit by a cozy fire at a Bed & Breakfast, the Distinctive Bed & Breakfast of Northern Arizona ( www.flagstaff-bed-breakfast.com ) are offering winter discounts at all of the local B&B's here in town. Check them out. If you have any B&B questions please feel free to contact me at: aspeninn@aol.com

Wow another summer has flown by, what a busy season for B&B's. We have had a lot of Europeans this summer and I believe that it is due to the strength of the eruo vs. dollar. The Fall season is just beginning and the town is bustling with leaves and cool air. Keep a close eye on the Leaf-O-Meter to find out the best time to visit this beautiful town. Any questions you can always e-mail me at: aspeninn@aol.com

Another wonderful snow storm, the roads are clear and passable and the beauty of the town is spectacular. Walked downtown from our Bed & Breakfast (3 blocks) to a new Thai restaurant called Swadee Thai, had a great dinner, walked over to the Zane Grey ballroom enjoyed a beverage while looking out the window as beautiful snowflakes drifted down. Life is good, come and check out our little town in the winter, it can't be beat.
Check out the new route 66 web cam it is great.....
Bye for now,

WoW!!!!! We have had a great winter so far, snow, snow and more snow. Flagstaff is beautiful with all this white stuff. The skiing is great and the sledding hills are slippery, come on out to Flag-town to play. Winterfest is around the corner with lots of winter activities, my favorite is the eat, drink and ski merry. This event is held out at the Nordic cross country ski center and it is a blast. Please call or e-mail to find out more information on the winterfest. www.flagstaffbedbreakfast.com

Here we are towards the end of November and we still have some beautiful weather. The snow should start to move in soon and we will have the beauty of the snow capped peaks and the town draped in a blanket of white. I love to cross country and downhill ski or just sled in the snow play areas. If you need accommodations or weather questions just visit: flagstaff.cc

Hello Travelers,

Keep a close eye on the leaf-o-meter, the leaves are just starting to change colors. Check with the local B&B's for openings to see the beauty and splendor of the fall colors in Northern Arizona. A peaceful drive down Harts Prairie Road is always filled with color, animals and a few areas to stop and have a picnic. Have fun in Flagstaff and enjoy this beautiful time of year. Enjoy!

The monsoons (daily showers) have started and they are making everything green, beautiful and cool. The high today is 83 degrees and gorgeous, this is a wonderful time to be in Flagstaff. July/August is a busy time for B&B's so make your plans early, weekends fill up first and fast. The summer nights are spectacular, the air is cool and fresh and you can walk downtown to enjoy the restaurants and shops.
If you have questions on B&B's, lodging or Flagstaff please e-mail me at: aspeninn@aol.com
